BISCO® EC-2265 is a solid, carbon-filled silicone developed to provide electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection. It functions as a low-amperage conductor to safely dissipate static buildup in sensitive applications across electronics, automotive, and industrial environments.

  • Thickness Range: 0.020″ to 0.250″ (0.5 mm to 6.35 mm)
  • Durometer: Shore A 65 ± 5 — resilient yet pliable
  • Electrical Conductivity: 5 Ω·cm – suitable for low-power conduction and ESD dissipation
  • Tensile Strength: ~5.2 MPa (754 psi); Elongation: ~260%
  • Compression Set: ~26% at 150 °C (70 hrs, 25% deflection)
  • Temperature Range: –55 °C to +200 °C (–67 °F to +392 °F)
