expanSil™ FR is a flame-retardant, closed-cell silicone sponge extrusion family formulated for extreme temperature applications that require added flame resistance. Through our preferred supplier relationship, SRP helps customers identify the right FR grade and source the material for joined gaskets, gap fillers, and flexible sealing solutions used in demanding environments.
With strong resistance to ozone, UV, and weathering, expanSil FR is a dependable option for applications that need reliable sealing performance along with added fire resistance. It is a strong fit when flame-retardant performance matters, but a V-0 material is not necessarily required.
