The expanSil™ V-0 family is a flame-retardant, closed-cell silicone sponge extrusion range formulated for applications where high flame resistance and low smoke toxicity are critical. Designed for demanding environments such as mass transit, aerospace, automotive/EV, and electronics, V-0 materials maintain reliable sealing performance across a wide temperature range while offering excellent resistance to ozone, UV, and weathering. The family is available in multiple firmness levels, allowing engineers to balance compression force and sealing performance.
