KLINGERSIL® C-4433
Overview
Thermoseal’s KLINGERSIL C-4433 ring gasket is a general purpose high performance compressed gasket material. This material offers excellent load bearing, creep relaxation and chemical resistance. C-4433 is manufactured from Fiberglass, Aramid and Inorganic Fibers with a Nitrile binder system and is an excellent gasket material for sealing liquids in high temperature applications.
Features
- Excellent chemical and temperature resistance – Suitable for water, steam, oils, fuels, and many chemicals
- Made with aramid fiber and NBR binder – Ensures strong mechanical properties and long-term durability
- Highly conformable – Seals well on imperfect flange surfaces and under low bolt loads
- Withstands temperatures up to 250°C (482°F) and brief peaks up to 450°C (842°F)
- Excellent creep resistance – Maintains seal integrity under fluctuating pressure and temperature
- Asbestos-free – Safe alternative compliant with environmental and safety regulations
- Versatile use in HVAC, marine, power generation, chemical processing, and general industrial applications
