Ultra-thin polyurethane foam for dust sealing, gap filling, and compact electronic applications
PORON® SlimGrip™ is Rogers’ softest and most compressible PORON® material, engineered for extremely thin and space-constrained designs. It is a strong option for applications where even very small gaps need reliable sealing, cushioning, and recovery.
Despite its ultra-thin profile, PORON® SlimGrip™ maintains excellent rebound properties and strong compression-set resistance. It is especially useful in mobile devices, displays, and precision electronic assemblies where dust sealing, gap filling, and gentle compression are critical.
