The expanSil™ GP family is a general-purpose, closed-cell silicone sponge extrusion range formulated for use in extreme temperature environments and applications requiring environmental resistance. GP materials are commonly used for joined gaskets, gap fillers, and flexible sealing solutions where reliable performance, durability, and long service life are required. The GP family offers consistent sealing performance across a wide density range while maintaining excellent resistance to ozone, UV, and weathering.
