PORON® Polyurethane Foam

PORON microcellular urethane provides consistent compression and recovery, excellent dimensional stability, and resistance to stress relaxation. Ideal for tight-tolerance enclosures, it delivers long-term sealing and vibration damping performance for electronics, lighting, and control panels where space and reliability are critical.

BISCO® Silicone Foam

BISCO silicone foam offers outstanding environmental resistance, long-term compression recovery, and temperature stability from –55°C to 200°C. It’s ideal for outdoor or high-heat applications, providing durable sealing against dust, water, and vibration in EV chargers, telecom enclosures, and harsh industrial environments.

Closed-Cell Sponge Rubber (EPDM, Neoprene, Nitrile blends)

These resilient materials deliver reliable sealing against air, water, and dust. EPDM resists weathering and UV; neoprene balances oil and ozone resistance; and nitrile blends add fuel resistance. Perfect for outdoor electrical housings, junction boxes, and control panels exposed to changing environments.

Closed-Cell Foam (PVC / NBR / EPDM blends)

Closed-cell foams combine compressibility, flexibility, and environmental protection. They provide effective sealing against moisture, dust, and light chemicals while offering cushioning for sensitive components. Ideal for cost-effective indoor and light-duty enclosures requiring durable, consistent performance and ease of installation.

Silicone Rubber (Solid & Sponge)

Silicone rubber withstands extreme temperatures and maintains flexibility across a broad operating range. It offers excellent electrical insulation, UV and ozone resistance, and long-term durability. Commonly used in aerospace, transportation, and high-performance electrical enclosures requiring stability under continuous heat exposure.

Conductive / EMI-Shielding Silicones

Conductive silicones combine environmental sealing with EMI/RFI shielding performance. Filled with conductive particles such as nickel-graphite or silver-aluminum, these gaskets ensure electromagnetic compatibility while maintaining environmental integrity. Ideal for defense, communications, and instrumentation enclosures where both sealing and electrical conductivity are critical.
