Closed-cell silicone sponge extrusions engineered for extreme temperature performance up to 270°C (518°F)
expanSil™ THT is a closed-cell, extruded silicone sponge family with additional high temperature resistance up to 270°C (518°F). It is formulated for extreme temperature applications where high heat resistance is required, and is commonly used for flexible sealing solutions, gap fillers, and thermal insulation. The THT family also provides environmental resistance (ozone, UV, weathering) and flame-retardant performance.
