PORON® Dura-Shape® is a specialized polyurethane construction that bonds a tough polyester film between two layers of PORON® foam. This sandwich-style construction improves dimensional stability while maintaining the compressibility characteristics of the original material.
For applications that demand cleaner die cutting, better shape retention, and more reliable long-term part geometry, PORON® Dura-Shape® is a strong option. It is especially useful for precision gaskets and seals where dimensional accuracy and durable recovery are both important.
